HIPA.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Cookie Policy
HIPA.com uses the technology called "cookies." A type of cookie (called a session cookie) is temporarily placed on a visitor's computer to allow visitors to see the results of their previous actions. Information collected by site-analysis tools is stored in electronic logs but are not sold and can be accessed only by approved HIPA.com staff. Access to any information collected on the Web site is made available only to staff members with legitimate need for the information. All employees with access to information collected on the site are trained to maintain the highest level of security when working with such information. Additional training is provided on an ongoing basis.

E-mail Address Privacy
HIPA.com receives many e-mail messages from its members and associated professionals. We do not sell or otherwise release the names or e-mail addresses of users who send email to the site.
